Holy Cross Church

The oldest Catholic Church on the Central Coast, it's origins date back to 1838 when a Pioneer of the district, Thomas Humphreys, donated a portion of land to Archbishop Polding, the first Bishop in Australia, for the building of Holy Cross Church.
The Church was opened for Mass in 1842 and completed in 1843. Holy Cross is the fifth oldest Catholic Church in continuous use in Australia. Erection of the stonework was completed in October 1842. Holy Cross Church is a beautiful venue for Catholic weddings, funerals, and special mass celebrations and can be booked for private use.
Location: 9 Humphreys Road, Kincumber South NSW 2251
Holy Spirit Church

Holy Spirit Church was completed in 2009. The first Mass was celebrated on Holy Thursday evening on 9 April 2009. The Church was officially opened by Bishop David Walker, Bishop of Broken Bay, on 16 August 2009.
Holy Spirit Church has become our parish church and the centre of our worship on weekends. This is where our relic of St Peter To Rot is installed, and is the home of a beautiful landscaped garden and a blessed statue of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop.
