In the bulletin this week, available in hard copy at each of our Masses, we have inserted a Census Information form which we would sincerely appreciate if you could complete and return to the Parish office.
This form is also available below, and is attached to the eBulletin which is sent out via email to our subscribers on Friday afternoons.
To best serve our community, we would like to know a little more about the people within it, and this also helps with our reporting statistics to the Diocese, and ensuring our records are correct.
